Tu B'Shevat (the 15th of Shevat) is a Jewish holiday, known as the "New Year of the Trees," that marks the beginning of spring in Israel, serving as a day for ecological awareness, planting trees, and eating fruits and nuts, symbolizing the bounty of the Holy Land and humanity's connection to nature
